Josh Anderson - 308lbs
4 time APC state champion (multiple classes) 2010 UPA state champion, 2010 GPA world champion (setting 2 world records) took 2nd at UPA nationals this year, Ive set at least 20 records total at state, national, and world level... Ranked as high 16th in the nation for the 2010 contest season according to powerliftingwatch.com and still ranked in the top 50 American All Time rankings... We all lift primarily in the RAW divisions... I plan to do an APC regional meet in Oct, then GPA worlds again in Dec.... I train about half the team and consult with the rest, I do the rosters for our team meets as well...
Andy Dyreson - 198lbs
Co owner of the team- 2010 APF state champion, 2010 UPA state champion.. Held as many as 4 UPA National records, including a triple bodyweight deadlif which earned him a top 50 ranking... Will also be attending next 2 meets with me.
Frank Lagunas- 181lbs submasters
Lb for lb, the strongest guy on the team- won the light weight class at the bench for cash yesterday in Aurora at the Montgomery Muscle Fest benching 395 at 180lbs... Ranked in the teens in the American All time rankings... Won his class at GPA worlds last year and also took home best lifter lb for lb in his age division.. Plans to compete at Worlds again in dec...
Chris Pearce - 198lbs
2011 APC state champion, holds Illinois deadlift record, was ranked in the top 50 for 2010 season rankings, won his class along with frank and I at worlds last year and intends to repeat this year... (He and Andy have a little rivalry going- so far Andy has won on deadlifts, Chris has won on squats- they have yet to go head to head in a meet)
Matt Lynch - 242lbs
2011 APC state champ, tied illinois state bench record... Placed 3rd at UPA nationals 2011, will be competing in next 2 meets with me.
Anthony Hernandez - 220
juniors 2011 APC, UPA, USPF Junior national champion (kid is 21 yrs old and NO ONE his age can beat him) New to powerlifting, but Ive coached him to a near 600 squat and low 600s deadlift in the last 8 months at around 215 lbs... Holds multiple junior national records... Will be doing next 2 meets with me.
