Buyer behaviour shows us that people buy food based on priced without taking the time to realize that those foods will kill them. People should be eating organic foods such as fruits and vegetables. As well as organic minimal processed foods. If you want to louse weight, you must eat clean and good foods , not starve yourself. If one starves themselves they will louse bone mass, muscle, cartilage but not fat. Fat is like gold to the human body.

This was very inspirational and uplifting, I may incorporate some of this into my fitness competion
