ALRI Chain’d Out® 90 Servings

Chain’d Out® from ALR Industries sets a standard for optimal performance supplementation. Chain’d Out® allows everyone to enjoy supraphysiological and aesthetic results with Non-Hormonal Branch Chain Amino Acids (BCAA’s)!

Did You Know That BCAA’s Can Be Anabolic?

(If they are correctly structured, protected and delivered right)

The true value of BCAAs supplementation is finally well established both in literature and in real world application: Anabolic (muscle building) stimuliis their true value rather than wasting good proteins to catabolism (muscle wasting) and more money landing in your toilet.

What Are BCAA’s?

BCAA’s are the branch chain amino acids leucine, valine and isoleucine. Also note that all amino acids are derived from the assimilation of proteins. BCAA’s are not only 3 of the paramount 18-22 amino acids (as in your body cannot make them and needs them to live), they alone also make up about 70% of your muscle cellular pool and cellular structure. Unfortunately, BCAAs are lost (...muscle loss) at a rapid rate during training and during calorie deficient diets. The result is less muscle and the need to replenish these muscle mainstays…or better yet, trigger an anabolic environment that fosters nutrient super-over-compensation where we need it- for accelerated muscular growth. Why else do we train?

What Does The Research Say?

In one excellent study it was shown that, “Branched-chain amino acids activate key enzymes in protein synthesis after physical exercise”. J Nutr. 2006 Jan;136(1 Suppl):269S-73S researchers again validated, “BCAA’s (leucine, isoleucine, and valine), particularly leucine, have anabolic effects on protein metabolism by increasing the rate of protein synthesis and decreasing the rate of protein degradation in resting human muscle.”

In another study, we find validation that “Leucine regulates translation initiation of protein synthesis in skeletal muscle after exercise”. J Nutr. 2006 Feb;136(2):533S-537S. Norton LE, Layman DK. Researchers validate the mechanism by which the anabolic signal is initiated: “High-performance physical activity and post-exercise recovery lead to significant changes in amino acid and protein metabolism in skeletal muscle. Central to these changes is an increase in the metabolism of the BCAA leucine. During exercise, muscle protein synthesis decreases together with a net increase in protein degradation and stimulation of BCAA oxidation. BCAA oxidation increases through activation of the branched-chain alpha-keto acid dehydrogenase (BCKDH). BCKDH activity increases with exercise, reducing plasma and intracellular leucine concentrations. After exercise, recovery of muscle protein synthesis requires dietary protein or BCAA to increase tissue levels of leucine in order to release the inhibition of the initiation factor 4 complex through activation of the protein kinase mammalian target of rapamycin (mTOR). Leucine’s effect on mTOR is synergistic with insulin via the phosphoinositol 3-kinase signaling pathway. Together, insulin and leucine allow skeletal muscle to coordinate protein synthesis with physiological state and dietary intake.”

*A note from Author: One of the two highly respected researchers who penned the peer-reviewed article above is named Layne Norton. To say Layne is brilliant is an understatement. Please take some time to read the complete study if you get a few minutes. It’s worth your time!

And More… Of Course

Never being satisfied with simply good or even just excellent, ALR Industries has taken BCAAs to the ultimate level for mind-blowing eff ects. Author L. Rea decided to turn the power way up on “anabolic drive” with Chain’d Out®. First, we utilized ester technology to increase oral bio availability 200-300%. Yes, this means way more bang for your buck. More importantly is that our ester-protected BCAA’s greatly avoid gluconeogenesis (break-down and conversion to glucose for regular caloric utilization) very well. I mean why would you pay for a BCAA with half to one third the oral bioavailability and risk the majority of your muscle gains? Why not simply protect yourself from catabolic muscle loss while adding more muscle instead?

ALR Industries has taken the science of adaptogens well beyond anything seen before. Chain’d Out™ has a rock solid foundation, which is further reinforced by boosting its overall synergy through the addition of potent anti-catabolic agents, anabolic co-factors and last but certainly not least it promotes increased mood boosting and energizing effects. Author left no stone unturned in his passion to create the most complete and highest orally bioavailable BCAA formula on the market.

Chain’d Out® is scientifically engineered to potently thwart muscle breakdown and catabolism. We made it to provide an incredible synergistic boost to the pro-anabolic drive, produce focused energy and mood elevation (without any jitters or negative stimulant qualities), improved strength, endurance, stamina and recovery, create optimized vasodilation and nutrient utilization, enhances oxygenation and fight stress, fatigue as well as other counterproductive body processes.

Benefits of Chain’d Out®:

  • Provides positive modulation of almost all neurotransmitters (DA, NE, SE, MAOB, Ach, GABA)

  • Enhances energy, focus, mood and stamina

  • Has potent anti-catabolic and anti-cortisol effects

  • Enhances oxygenation and nutrient utilization

  • Provides positive endogenous hormone modulation, including testosterone

  • Has anti-fatigue, anti-stress and anti-oxidant effects

  • Enhances immunity and recovery

  • Supports supraphysiological protein synthesis in muscle tissue

*Note you will feel the power of this matrix as it is noticeably effective within minutes.

Once again ALR Industries has raised the bar in sports supplementation with its formula for Chain’d Out®. Chain’d Out® sets the standard for non-hormonal performance by creating an anabolic/anti-catabolic environment beyond your wildest expectations!

Chain’d Out® Q & A:

Q: I use another brand of BCAA’s, what makes Chain’d Out® so special?

A: Other than ALR Industries winning best tasting formula and #1 BCAA matrix in both Australia and New Zealand? Well, all BCAA products have value. Most are simply energy substrates during catabolic or caloric restricted periods. If you are losing 50-66% of your BCAA supplementation, it is not only non-cost effective and weak in anti-catabolic support but it is also not anabolic. Chain’d Out® is without a doubt the only time release anabolic and anticatabolic formula available. Gain lean mass now!

Q: Don’t I Get Enough BCAA’S In My Protein Shake? I Thought My Protein gave me all the Amino Acids I needed.

A: That depends upon how hard you train and how much lean mass you want. BCAAs are about 70% of total muscle protein cell weight. When you train, your body often dips into these muscle cells to steal BCAAs as a source of energy to keep the muscles working. When this happens you lose lean mass and much of your hard work is lost. Any BCAA product will help, but the goal is not just to decrease the amount of lean mass/ BCAAs lost from training and stress. The goal is to get the anabolic (growth) pay off you’re working for. This requires properly protected BCAAs and a time-release delivery such as we have created with our unique alphahydroxy-ester technology. Get all you pay for, not just a few % and start seeing and felling the diff erence today.

Q: Do I use Chain’d Out® Before I Train or After?

A: In all honesty all three: Before, during and after training. Not only does Chain’d Out taste amazing and have a refreshing pro-recover affect you feel, it assures proper hydration and the strongest anabolic and anti-catabolic environment. We have had amazing positive mental and physiological results reported from mixing 1-3 servings of Chain’d Out® to the appropriate amount of cold water and drinking between meals. This of course includes while training or in the middle of the night. However, if you only have one chance to enjoy a serving of your favorite flavor of Chain’d Out®, then drink it 15 minute prior to training.

Q: Do I Take it with My Protein Shake or Meal?

A: All proteins break down into amino acids and some compete for muscle receptor sites and/or enzymes. The result is something good may get kicked out, like BCAAs. Since Chain’d Out® passes through the GI rather quickly, you simply need to be sure you have not consumed proteins for 2 hours prior or 20-30 minutes after ingestion. Pretty simple, huh?

Q: I Noticed you didn’t add any form of Glutamine to Chain’d Out®. Why?

A: As mentioned prior, amino acids can compete for muscle cell receptors. They can also compete for GI uptake and digestion. Some studies support glutamine and BCAAs are examples but there is far more to the issue.

Metabolism of oral/dietary amino acids by the gut and liver has a major impact on the amino acid profile reaching systemic (whole body) circulation. Specific examples include removal of nearly 100% of dietary glutamine and glutamate, 60% of threonine, and 40% of phenylalanine during the absorption process largely by oxidative degradation (degradation to carbon/ glucose, ammonia and uric acid). The top exceptions to this pattern of modifi cations are the BCAAs. Over 80% of dietary content of leucine, valine, and isoleucine directly makes their way to blood circulation. Unfortunately, once they make it to muscle cells and the brain (other organs as well) they are easily converted into glucose and glycogen (sugar) due to several physiological action/reaction factors. Unless, of course, they are in a protected time-release anti-catabolic/anabolic matrix.

1) Hyperammonemia is an over-abundance of ammonia in the body resulting from the breakdown of amino acids to ammonia and glucose (gluconeogenesis for energy) which in turn increases the utilization of branched-chain amino acids in muscle. This is especially prominant when ketoglutarate is low, and is further enhanced by glutamine depletion. Sounds like more glutamine would be cool then, huh? (At the right time… it is)

Unfortunately not only is glutamine the most abundant amino acid, it’s also the most abundant gluconeogenic amino acid in the human body. In fact its conversion to glucose is about equal to that of alanine. The kidneys alone produce about 25% of whole body glucose production… from glutamine. Now ponder the additional amount converted to glucose in muscles and other organs then consider just how much circulatory and muscle bound ammonia waste results. Now think about reconsidering the first paragraph again: More ammonia (hyperammonemia) means more BCAAs utilized for energy in/by muscle resulting in lean mass loss. Therefore, a signifi cant increase in blood glutamine concentration can signal hyperammonemia and thus increased BCAA/lean muscle loss.

You know that ammonia smell you run into all over the gym? Yup, that is the smell of muscle loss. Is it you?

2) Tyrosine, which increases levels of dopamine and norepinephrine, is also one of our substrates for glutamine. Tyrosine competes with BCAAs absorption into the brain and low tyrosine can cause loss of energy, fatigue and depression. Since glutamine is a substrate of tyrosine, ingesting BCAAs and glutamine together potentially hinders performance as well resulting in lower intensity and less productive training or performances.

3) An interesting study on BCAAs aff ects upon fatigue was conducted in Japan: First Department of Internal Medicine, Okayama University Medical School, 5-1, 2-chome, Shikata-cho, 700 Okayama, Japan.

The molar ratio of excitatory amino acid neurotransmitters (glutamate and aspartate) to inhibitory amino acid neurotransmitters (raminobutyric acid, GABA, and glycine) in the brain was diminished in acute hepatic failure rats with hyperammonemia, brain edema, and abnormal electroencephalograms. The ratio was further decreased with a marked elevation of arterial and brain ammonia levels 30 min after ammonium acetate was administered i.p. to hepatic failure rats. A continuous infusion of a branched chain amino acid (BCAA) solution before and after the ammonia loading eff ectively reversed the ammoniainduced lowering of this ratio; high ammonia contents in the brain were concomitantly decreased. Infusing glutamate instead of the BCAA solution failed to produce similar eff ects probably because of limited entry of glutamate into the brain. The above results suggest that excitatory and inhibitory amino acid neurotransmitter ratios (glutamate, aspartate, and GABA) are positively aff ected by BCAAs. In short, BCAA supplementation reduced brain/physical fatigue.

So more muscle and better performance if we simply don’t mix glutamine with BCAAs.Glutamine is paramount to health and recovery, but timing is everything.

Q: Does Chain’d Out® Contain Any Sugars? I’m on a Keto Diet.

A: No, and more importantly it’s far more difficult for alpha-hydroxy-ester protected BCAAs to convert by way of gluconeogenesis to glucose resulting in greater fat stores being used as energy substrates. By adding anti-stress and anti-cortisol compounds to the Chain’d Out® matrix the normal triggers of gluconeogenesis are reduced thus allowing for increased anabolism. Kind of cool, huh? Many who have added a serving of Chain’d Out® to their morning cardio have noted the obvious increase in fat loss yet commented on increased lean mass.

Chain’d Out® is the best selling BCAA product in Austrailia and New Zealand. Get the world’s only time release anabolic BCAA matrix… at ½ the price of “average” products. Now that’s more bang for your buck! Why settle for average? Gain lean mass now!

I have only tried a few other BCAA brands and Chain'd Out has been the best so far in regards to taste and effects. I have tried all of the Chain'd Out flavors and appletini is by far the best. I like the sour bite it has and the fact that it does not taste bland or watered down. Not to mention the energy boost I get before and during my workouts!
